TERMS OF SERVICE

 
If you commission me you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, perhaps you can purchase some of my existing merch instead of commissioning a new piece.

What I will draw:

- Parrots, Other birds, most animals.

- Monsters, dragons, anthropomorphic characters. 

- From photos of pets.

- Original characters.

Complex characters or animals may incur an additional charge. If you're unsure feel free to send me an enquiry.
 

What I will NOT draw:

- NSFW / Explicit content

- Humans

- Copyrighted Characters

- Complex machinery 

- In an other artists style / replicating an existing piece. 

 

Commission Tiers:

EXISTING BASE CUSTOM

For custom colourations on existing parrot keychains. Perfect for a specific colouration, marking or trait unique to your bird.
This keyring will be unique to you and won't be resold.

EXISTING BASE VARIANT

Am I missing your baby from my collection of existing parrot species? This commission slot prioritises adding them to the line up and acts as a preorder for you! Minor edits of existing base to fit species only. Rare colour mutations may need to be commissioned as Customs if I deem unfit for the lineup.

This commission type is heavily discounted to allow me the rights to add this parrot to the line up and resell them. If I have an existing or similar parrot of the type you are commissioning I may need to automatically upgrade you to a Custom as I won't be able to resell.

NEW BASE

Am I missing a parrot that is completely unique? This commission slot prioritises adding them to the line up and acts as a preorder for you! Some species may need to be commissioned as Customs if I deem unfit for the lineup, please message me if you are unsure.
This commission type is heavily discounted to allow me the rights to add this parrot to the line up and resell them.

 

NEW BASE COMPLETE CUSTOM

Have a completely unique animal, bird or character that you want to be turned into a keychain? This is the commission type for you. Don't have a parrot? I can also create keychains of:
 

- Other birds, most animals.
- Monsters, dragons, anthropomorphic characters.
- From photos of pets.
- Original characters.

This keyring will be unique to you and won't be resold.

TIME FRAME

To be able to offer custom keychains in bulk I need to send them off in bulk to be printed. This means I have to  wait until I have a number of customs before I can get them sent off to be made.
 

Current order cycles: Sept 30th, December 30th, March 30th, June 30th*
*Keychains can take up to a month from when I order to arrive to me before I send them out individually. 

Artwork will be sent to you before they are sent to production. Most artworks commissions take 1 - 2 weeks to complete once I start but can take up to a month if my workload is particularly heavy.

I work from a que and will only start your commission when all of the pre existing commissions have been completed.

You can ask me about the progress and I will inform you if it takes longer than anticipated.

If you have a deadline for your commission, please let me know beforehand and I will do my best to accommodate you.

 

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

I do not start any art until I receive payment. I may send concept sketches before payment if requested but will not officially start until I receive payment.

Once I start the commission the chance of full refund is impossible.
Refunds may be requested, but if work has already been started, you will only receive a percentage of the full price (eg. If I am halfway through the piece, you will only receive 50%
he only chance of a full refund is if I haven't started the artwork yet. So please make sure to contact me ASAP if that is the case.

If you are not happy with the finished piece please make sure to tell me what the issue is as I can attempt to fix it. Unfortunately by this stage it is too late for a refund but you would have plenty of opportunities to ask for changes while the artwork is being created to have an idea of the finished piece, so make sure to speak up if any changes are needed.
 

COMMISSION SUBJECT

I require full reference images for both the front and backside of the subject to accurately portray them.
 

If the references are not clear, I will try to complete the artwork to the best of my ability. If there are major details missing from the reference, I may charge extra for these changes to be added.

If I have made a mistake with the commission, which was present on reference material. Please notify me during the commission or after it is completed, and I will do my best to correct that mistake.

 

I will send a sketch of the commission before continuing. You may make minor adjustments at this stage, but extreme revisions (starting from scratch) may incur an additional fee, depending on the circumstances.

If you want a specific pose, scene, setting, emotion, etc, please inform me so I can include that in the commission.

Original Characters:

A visual reference of your character is required. If you do not have this you can commission a reference sheet or colour in free line art. I cannot work without this as this will be creating a character for you which will charge extra.

ARTWORK USAGE

I own the rights to all and any art I produce. If you wish to use my art for commercial or any money-gaining purposes please discuss with me about purchasing the rights.

 

Artwork cannot be edited without my permission.

 

Artwork must always be credited back to me, using ‘Meekor’ as a credit.

Keychains commissioned in the lower tiers will be added to the lineup and sold by me. If you want a unique keychain, please consider selecting the "complete custom" option when purchasing. 

All artworks will be delivered in their full size as a png. If you require the psd or working files, please contact me to discuss.
